Our Mission + Vision
With the changes in our education system, many art programs are being cut from public schools. We provide a safe space where students are encouraged to express themselves creatively through songwriting and art, as they learn more about the Austin music scene. We focus on building a community of learners where everyone involved can discover something unique about themselves.
Anderson High School 9th & 10th grade students + local bands Marmalakes & Belaire teamed up to create a stellar album entitled, Caught In The Food Chain. This album spans the range of emotions felt by teenagers as they navigate through this formative time in their lives. Their lyrics are both heartbreaking and inspiring, and leave the listener feeling a newfound respect for the next generation.
